Adefela Davies is a seasoned Manager with over 17 years of experience in financial advisory and business development. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business and Management (Distinction) from De Montfort University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication (Second Class Upper) from the University of Lagos.

Throughout his career at BOI Investment and Trust Company Limited (BOI-ITC), Mr. Davies has demonstrated competency in business analysis, advisory, and strategic planning. As the current Head of HR and Administration, Davies plays a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s administrative functions and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders. His practical and strategic approach to problem-solving has been instrumental in driving organizational success.

He is recognized for his attention to detail and results-driven mindset, making him a critical asset to BOI Investment and Trust Company Limited.
